We are seeking a District Manager to join our client's growing team in the Charlotte Harbor, FL area.  Enjoy generous compensation and benefits package, including a company car along with future growth opportunity as our established client undergoes extensive expansion nationwide. 
 
 
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of multi-unit operations experience in sectors such as retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or other customer service operations, managing 10 or more stores.
  • Demonstrated commitment to recruiting, nurturing, and retaining top talent to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven track record in managing controllable expenses effectively.
  • Consistent tenure in previous roles, exhibiting stability and dedication (minimum 3 years with each company).
  • Direct experience overseeing more than 10 stores within a market.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Drive recruitment, development, and retention of top-tier talent to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
  • Actively seek and respond to customer feedback, resolving service issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other leaders to achieve strategic objectives and implement business initiatives effectively.
  • Cultivate district-level strategies tailored to each store’s unique strengths and opportunities to optimize performance and growth.
  • Manage rental rates, discounts, and other revenue streams to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor controllable expenses to optimize return on investment for each store.
  • Conduct semi-annual audits and facility assessments, providing actionable insights to the division office and ensuring follow-up on necessary actions.
  • Utilize management tools and financial reports to analyze district performance, identifying trends and addressing issues proactively.
  • Engage external resources to support district-wide operations and execute regional initiatives across various functions including human resources, revenue management, procurement, finance, and marketing.
