Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects the kitchen and kitchen staff ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and handling/storage off all food items in accordance with our high standards. You will also be coordinating the purchase of food items and developing menus as well as maintaining approved food and labor costs.

You have a keen eye for detail and respect the importance that a quality dining experience can have for the guests of a hotel/restaurant. You are a self-starting personality with an even disposition who can maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. You can communicate well with guests as well as staff. You have the ability to operate with stress, time constraints, physical activity and continuous walking. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
