Head over there for the full recipe, but it’s essentially thick cut bacon wrapped around cardboard / tin foil molds. Bake, then after they cool remove the molds and coat the inside with melted chocolate.
We drank ours with tequila, but get creative with it. Lots of things go great with bacon & chocolate.
