1 c butter
¾ c sugar
3 egg yolks
2 ½ c all-purpose flour
1 t vanilla or lemon extract
¼ t almond extract
DirectionsCream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Add well-beaten egg yolks and add extracts.
Mix in half the flour. Remove dough and place on floured board. Knead in rest of the flour by hand until incorporated. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
Roll out dough until thin and cut with cookie cutters.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 F until lightly brown.
