Stress Reduction Detox Water Recipe

When you’re stressed out, even a nice glass of cold water can help you re-center and take a breath. Take it to the next level by mixing in fresh berries, lime, cucumber, and mint. Especially on a hot summer day, this is like drinking a cool mountain spring – but better.

Ingredients

  • Sliced strawberry
  • Sliced lime
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Diced mint leaves
  • Cold fresh water
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Add all the above ingredients to a pitcher
  2. Add ice & water
  3. Stir and let flavors marry for 10 minutes
  4. Pour and serve
