As a kid, I would come home after school to an empty house with an even emptier stomach. I knew that I needed to learn how to feed myself or I was going to stay hungry until my mom got home. That’s how I became the grilled-cheese master of my neighborhood. This is one of the many grilled cheese versions that I have come to love over the past decades and I’m sure you will find it to your liking as well. Especially if you like some spice. Enjoy!
- Sourdough Bread
- shredded Colby cheese
- Cream Cheese
- De-seed and slice jalapenos and bake at 325 for 20 minutes
- Fill peppers with cream cheese
- butter a pan and brown sourdough and add cheese and peppers.
