Salary:  $18.00 - $20.31+ / hour BOE

 

Timber Hills is seeking Full Time and Part Time Cooks to join our Nutrition & Culinary team:

  • Part Time 9:30am-6:00pm

  • Part Time 6:00am-2:30pm

 

Set amidst 25 acres of the historic Korfhage Farm, Timber Hills (formerly Presbyterian Homes of Inver Grove Heights) is surrounded by ponds, wetlands and walking paths. This beautiful community has the look and decor of a Northwoods lodge. Even though it is in downtown Inver Grove Heights it feels like a vacation up north each time you come to work. Responsibilities






The Cook is responsible for creating high quality meals and dining experience for customers by preparing and serving attractive, nutritious and palatable meals consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices. 









Qualifications






  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal food-handling regulations, includign food service operations strong desired.
  • Demonstrated compatibility PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
