Evening Social Attendant FT - Taj Hospitality Management

Seeking qualified applicants for Evening Social Attendant positions with TAJ Hospitality Management- managed hotels in Lubbock, Texas.

Job Description:

Give our guests a great end to their business or travel day and beginning of the evening with friendly greetings, warm service and evening drinks with light refreshments. You will prepare and set up all drinks & appetizers for the guests and replenish throughout the evening. You will interact with guests to learn about their stay, and provide homegrown hospitality by serving the guests and clearing their tables. When the social hour is complete, you will clean the dining area, clean and store all food and equipment and manage food and supply inventory.

Requirements:

• Ability to provide highest quality service to guests.
• Willingness to demonstrate the hotel's spirit of hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently.
• Capable and willing to operate kitchen appliances and equipment properly (microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.).
• Ability to learn, understand, and comply with safety regulations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time.

Qualifications:

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Preferred: 1 to 2 years’ directly related experience. Prior experience within the Hospitality industry preferred.
