People Solutions is looking to add a new Outside Sales Business Development in Houston to our growing team!

We're a 10-year-old hospitality staffing agency with a US-based centralized recruiting team servicing 20 states remotely. We specialize in temp-to-perm, RPO, VMS and we're moving into direct hire. We have a very busy branch in Houston with clients in Houston and Galveston and we're looking to open new branches several other locations upstate.


We're looking for someone living in Houston with 3+ years of staffing sales experience to help us grow the market!


Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell staffing/employment services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Large territory management and appointment setting
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience selling temporary and temp-to-hire staffing services
  • 3+ years Regional Sales person experience
  • Experience working in the staffing industry
  • Versed in excel, powerpoint, and presenting to customers
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented


Salary is based on experience, base salary plus commission
