Copper Brothel Brewery is looking for someone who is hardworking and motivated to grow within our small business. We run a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and brewhouse that is continuing to grow exponentially alongside tourism in the area.


ABOUT THIS POSITION


This position starts at $16.00/hr (plus shared tips). Our back-of-house employees also enjoy a complimentary shift meal, a 15% family discount when dining off-shift, and a free shift drink. Experience is not required but preferred. Base pay will be increased with previous kitchen experience. ABOUT COPPER BROTHEL BREWERY


We are a family-owned brewpub in Sonoita, AZ that offers a variety of craft beers, brewed on-site, as well as scratch-made pub fare. We take as much pride in handcrafting our food as we do our beer. We are honored to bring independent craft culture to Southern Arizona where our patrons can enjoy the beautiful Sonoita landscape and "smooch the hooch" with us.


As a management staff, we've instilled a culture of taking care of our employees so they can take great care of our customers. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LINE COOK


As a full-time or part-time Line Cook at our brewery, you arrive each day determined to ensure that every meal that leaves our kitchen lives up to our standards of quality. As a line cook, you maintain the cleanliness of line areas at all times and follow food sanitation standards to the letter. You will also grill and fry food as well as assemble and plate food in an appealing manner.

You will work in an organized, coordinated setting, ensuring that properly cooked food gets out to our guests in a timely manner. Your attention to detail ensures that each dish meets our established guidelines in every aspect as well as adheres to any special requests. You can adapt to working in a fast-paced culinary environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional approach toward coworkers and patrons alike.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME LINE COOK



  • Ability to be on your feet for 6+ hours at a time in a fast-paced kitchen environment


Experience is preferred but in no way required. But, a great personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn are an absolute must to join our brewery family!


FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULES AVAILABLE.


Shifts vary but we are open Tuesdays from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, Wednesdays thru Saturdays from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm, Sundays from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm, and are closed Mondays.
