Description
• Fry chicken based on their types. White 8pcs, yellow 8pcs, white boneless, yellow boneless, yellow wings and BB wings. Ensure they are dipped in appropriate wet and dry batter and insert the into fryers. Ensure the proper cook times for each type of chicken.

• Finish each type of chicken based on the order received. Ensure proper finish and hand off to servers or cashiers.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions for each station and the fryer.

• Maintain a good stock of chicken types and sauces to reduce the overall production time.

• Cook side dishes – French Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings, Cheese Sticks etc.

• Maintain and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the cook line while providing fast and quality products to customers.

• Work with Prep Cooks and Cashier/Servers to ensure that we are providing best quality products for our customers. Make improvement suggestions as needed.

Requirements/Responsibilities
• High school diploma or associate degree in culinary studies or food and hospitality management

• Prior experience in a food-serving establishment

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Highly developed interpersonal skills

• Basic bookkeeping knowledge

•High level of stamina to work to work on feet for extended periods
