To assist in the preparation, production, duties and responsibilities of their Culinary Section as assigned by the management team. A person who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. Give full support to the management when needed for other Culinary related events in the hotel.
