We are seeking an Operations Administrator who will be accountable for all cafeteria and coffee bar functions ensuring exemplary service to our all our colleagues and guests. Reporting to our Head of Facilities & Hospitality Management, this role will have supervisory responsibility for third-party service providers who deliver hospitality services. You will be supervising day-to-day culinary operations in partnership with 3rd party food services providers who perform breakfast, lunch, catering, and coffee services in Guardian offices (Bethlehem (PA), New York City, Holmdel (NJ), Pittsfield (MA), Boston (MA), and Stamford (CT) (+other locations as required).

This is an in-office position requiring a full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4pm EST and may require additional hours to meet business needs.
The primary location for this position will be Bethlehem, PA and may require up to 20% travel. The Hospitality Lead will need to be available at Guardian’s locations in NJ, CT, MA, and NYC, as needed.
Salary Range:
$67,450.00 - $110,815.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
