Essential Functions

Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position and must adjust any teaching to the Americans with Disabilities Act provisions.
Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor or Masterβs degree in a Hospitality related field (i.e. Culinary Arts, Restaurant Management, Hotel Management, etc.) or Business Management; plus three years full time teaching experience or part time equivalent in a Hospitality related program; plus five to seven years full time management experience at a Front of the House upscale restaurant. Experience in developing and accessing course and program student learning outcomes.
