The team at Wayside Tavern is looking for a sous chef to help lead our new projects in the upcoming Longfellow Hotel. The sous chef will assist the executive chef in overseeing Twinflower CafΓ© & Five of Clubs bar.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will report to the Executive Chef and aid inΒ overseeing back of house operations for all food & beverage outlets within the Longfellow Hotel
  • Manage daily prep lists, station organization, maintain cleanliness standards
  • Work on the line as needed
  • Assist with ordering / receiving product and controlling costs
