Key Responsibilities:

Support Leadership: Assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.

Team Management: Aid in scheduling, training, developing, and overseeing culinary staff.

Task Delegation: Allocate responsibilities to kitchen staff effectively.

Quality Control: Maintain exceptional product quality and presentation standards.

Policy Enforcement: Adhere to and enforce all company policies and standard operating procedures.

Issue Resolution: Address staff concerns and manage stressful situations with professionalism and urgency.

Customer Service: Ensure all culinary staff provide courteous and friendly service to guests.

Safety & Sanitation: Uphold all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school education; some college preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior culinary management experience in a high-volume food service setting is required.
- Proficient knife skills and cooking techniques.
- TB Clearance is mandatory.
