Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Leadership: Assist the Chef de Cuisine in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
  • Team Management: Aid in scheduling, training, developing, and overseeing culinary staff.
  • Task Delegation: Allocate responsibilities to kitchen staff effectively.
  • Quality Control: Maintain exceptional product quality and presentation standards.
  • Policy Enforcement: Adhere to and enforce all company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Address staff concerns and manage stressful situations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all culinary staff provide courteous and friendly service to guests.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Uphold all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school education; some college preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior culinary management experience in a high-volume food service setting is required.
  • Proficient knife skills and cooking techniques.
  • TB Clearance is mandatory.
