As ambassadors to premium seating guests, duties include providing exemplary customer service as liaisons between guests, catering staff, maintenance staff, custodial staff, and Athletics personnel. Individual tasks may vary, but service will be a mix of event host, customer service, and donor relations. As such, selected candidates are expected to be actively engaged in all home football games. Please note that Knights Hospitality staff who show examplary effort during football season may be offered the opportunity to work UCF basketball and baseball games, as well as additional events as appropriate.

Note: The person selected for this position will be employed by the UCF Athletics Association, Inc., which is a direct support organization (DSO) of the University of Central Florida.
