The Kitchen Server

Being a SERVER at The Kitchen @ The Houstonian Club means working the room with your positive vibes and impeccable service. 

Keep the energy flowing as you connect with Club Members in their private hangout. 

Get to know their favorites so you can surprise and delight them when you show them how you know them. 

You'll need to know your stuff because our Members do.  Having knowledge of food and flavors as well as wine and spirits will ensure your success. 

You'll be part of a team that takes care of each other as they take care of business. Be ready to back up your team mates when needed to keep The Kitchen clean and inviting, and supplies well stocked.

You'll need to be able to speak, read and write in English and be proficient in using the Point of Sale system.  

High School Diploma is preferred along with at least one year of server experience in a fine dining restaurant.

Must be 18 years of age and with current T.A.B.C. certification.
