SUMMARY: The qualified candidate must be able to run an efficient and well-managed kitchen in an institutional environment. Oversees the daily operation of the client's kitchen and ensure the company's compliance with contract and government regulations and/or requirements. May manage anywhere between three to five subordinates on a daily basis, including food service superviser, cook, food service worker, and utility worker. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, salary exempt position, in an institutional dining environment.
