Cook at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital (Part-time, Day Schedule).

The cook position provides for and oversees the delivery of meal services to patients and hospital visitors. The cook is responsible for following all safe food handling regulations, practices and procedures. In the absence of the department manager, the cook may serve as a lead for the unit. The cook may help with on-line ordering of food inventory.

Required Qualifications:

  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Hospital or other professional culinary experience.
