Key Responsibilities of the Account Supervisor role
  • Lead Integrated Campaigns: Manage cross-functional teams to create high-impact campaigns across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Client Relationships: Establish trust-based partnerships with senior-level clients, ensuring their objectives are exceeded while identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills of the Account Supervisor role

  • 5+ years in advertising, media, or digital agencies.
  • 3+ years in a managerial, client-facing role.
  • Proven track record in leading integrated brand campaigns.
  • Expertise in multicultural marketing, with a focus on Asian consumer audiences.
  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese or Mandarin a plus
    Cultural Pulse: Strong understanding of diversity, community, and communication trends in traditional, digital, and social media.
    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and editing abilities.
    Leadership Abilities: Experience fostering team growth, addressing challenges, and driving productivity.
