Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the complete set-up, stocking, and service of assigned food station using specified methods.
- Prepares proper levels of food based on established needs and ensures their prompt delivery.
- Ensures that all food products meet the established specification and standards.
- Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Wears a bi-therm, name tag, and hair restraint at all times.
- Wears proper non-skid footwear to ensure safety.
- Knows hours/days of operation
- Adheres to appearance and uniform guidelines.
- Adheres to all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Shared Responsibilities:
Assists other Team Members as needed.
- Reports any/all situations to their supervisor before it can negatively impact the Guests.
- Document any raw or spoiled products.
- Cheerfully accommodates the needs and requests of any internal or external Guest.
Performance Requirements & Specialized Knowledge:
- Punctuality and regular attendance.
- Requires the ability to stand for sustained period of time.
- Ability to enhance restaurant teamwork through willingness and flexibility.
- Ability to learn and follow methods of preparation and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to willingly assist servers and other Team Members in enhancing our Guest’s dining experience.
- Ability to learn and adhere to the resort rules.
- Check out with supervisor before leaving assigned work area for any reason.
Pay starting at $17.00 per hour
