BOLT Hermosa Beach is looking for a line cook. We are located at 190 Hermosa Ave. in Hermosa Beach, CA. Ideal candidate is flexible, reliable and quick learner with experience on a fast paced breakfast and lunch line. Candidate must have some daytime and evening availability, reliable transportation and a good attitude. Compensation and schedule can be discussed. Base hourly rate 19 - 22/hour (depending on experience and work history) plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations
• Cook dishes to business standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift
• checking in orders and organizing walk in coolers
• daily cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cook
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
