Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary needs.
- Ensure food is served at the proper quality, temperature, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for meal improvements.
- Collaborate with the dietary team to meet residents' preferences and needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a healthcare or similar setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Team-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic.
