High paced production kitchen and Team concept with area's to be creative on cuisines and styles. Must be able to work independent and capture all facility needs, be a team player and follow a production menu/online ordering can train.
Facility cook or Chef with knowledge of American comfort food. Variety of cooking skills and diets. Hands on team work and client meal service.
Over seeing general operations for the facility, multi tasking skills, receiving and shipping supplies and food as needed.
Three or more years of experience with back off the house hands on cooking skills.
Culinary school or culinary training a bonus. Must have a sensitive level and compassion with challenged population and trouble shoot special diet needs on demand.
