The Four Seasons Yacht I boasts 679 ft. in length // 34,000 Gross Tonnage// 95 Suites // 1:1 Guest/Staff Ratio

Each of the yacht’s 95 suites will offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to expansive private terraces.

About the role

Director of Hospitality Yachts will be a critical strategical operations leader for the Four Seasons Yachts as an important luxury component of Four Seasons. This role will be the key liaison with the shipboard teams and third party partners, ensuring that FS Yachts will be Best in Class and distinctive for the brand. 

What you will do

This will be a critical leadership role to champion the excellence in delivery of service through this distinctive and elevated offering from Four Seasons. Will be responsible for overall Yacht Hospitality Operations and execution. Wil develop a strategic approach under the leadership of the VP Hospitality Yachts and in partnership with other Hospitality, F&B, Spa, P&C, Entertainment, IT, Sales & Marketing leaders to continue evolving our service deliver and being the undisputed leader in luxury.

Will be the Operational partner to the rest of the Yacht leadership team and third party partners to create the guest journey and necessary planning for the delivery of excellence in service. Will be responsible or will greatly contribute in the build out of the operational components of the following areas: Pre-arrival, Arrival, Guest Services, Guest Rooms, Concierge, Housekeeping, Finance, Laundry, Spa, Kids for all seasons, with support to the VP Hospitality Yachts overall, VP Finance and VP Wellness on Spa/Fitness + KFAS services. This role will be responsible for building out and upholding the necessary policies, procedures as well the standards of service for clarity on execution and delivery.

What you bring

*Hotel degree is preferred

*College or University level

*Minimum 10 years of hospitality, Guest Services and Pre Opening/Newbuild experience

*Previous experience with luxury cruise lines/yachts is preferred.

*Ability to travel, as you will need to travel to the Yacht during pre-opening phase to support the Yacht Operations.

*Must have US work authorization
