With nine restaurants located on our breathtaking grounds, Callaway Resort & Gardens offers something for every taste...from casual and creative pub food, to elegant dishes that feature fresh and regionally sourced foods. Callaway is currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead our talented team of culinarians in providing a feast for the senses!


The Chef will establish a congenial and professional relationship with other departments to ensure consistency in all venues and ensure that each outlet is "Best in Class".


The Chef will be responsible for selecting and perfecting the team at each of the outlets and will lead the kitchen staff and oversee all related culinary activities; In addition, the Chef will have a keen financial sense and keep tight controls over food cost by estimating food consumption and reducing wastage;


Other duties include:



  • selecting and developing recipes;

  • standardizing production recipes to ensure consistent quality;

  • establishing presentation technique and quality standards;

  • creating menus and development of new food creations to expand seasonal menus

  • planning and pricing menus;

  • ensuring proper equipment operation/maintenance;

  • ensuring proper safety and sanitation in kitchens.


The Chef will oversee catering events and will be integral in the many Signature Events occurring at Callaway Resort & Gardens.
