As a Dining Room Host at Chick-fil-A West Hartford, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well-cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Dining Room Host/Hostesses are the face of Chick-fil-A. The experience that is created in our dining rooms is one of the key goals of this position. We want to make our guests feel welcome by delivering the core four essentials - eye contact, smiling, speaking with enthusiasm, and serving from the heart. Most importantly we want to create "REMARK"able experiences and this goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Previous Experience: Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
