Position Summary
Provides excellent customer service by accurately ringing up sales, receiving money, and providing exemplary service to client and guests. Balances cash drawers and input in the POS at end of shift. Creates the "WOW" experience for guests of Quest. Performs high caliber customer service related to the front of house duties and interactions with students and staff.
Hospitality Lead - Responsibilities
Trains cashiers and FSW on proper customer service skills.
Responsible for daily inventory order placing for front of house including bakery, disposable and beverage.
Controls Marketing of lines, training and the gaining “Respect” of team members to reach these high standards.
Perfoms security checks for theft and document and record all theft.
Perform unit safety audits weekly/monthly.
Hospitality Lead - Requirements:
Minimum of three years of food service or catering experience and prior experience in a lead role
Strong communication and client management skills
Responsible for meeting and maintaining state and local certification requirements
High attention to detail assuring all events is executed exceeding client expectations
Organizational skills, menu costing, financial knowledge and team leadership are imperative
Previous experience in the food service industry working in schools / higher education
