Hospitality Supervisor

Dynamic Junior Hospitality Manager/Supervisor, we are looking for someone eager to learn and develop within our business and lead a team of 20. 

Please note there is a Head of Hospitality and Hospitality overseeing this role, therefore this role is very operational. 

Your key responsibilities as the Junior Hospitality Manager will consist of:
- Responding appropriately to incoming enquiries via phone and email and chasing to a conclusion
-Working with the team to deliver hospitality events as per bookings
- Produce event detailed planners for team and other parties at London Business School
- Work alongside chef team to deliver catering across three buildings.
- Ensuring daily paperwork is complete from Food Safety and consumptions sheets
- Communicate with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. 

Experience in hospitality from an operational prospective

Good knowledge of catering processes 

Good Food Safety knowledge

As part of your package, we are offering a salary of up to £32,000 per annum/hour, plus FREE GYM and SWIMMING POOL.
