Line Cook
SPG Green Garden Country Club isΒ looking for a Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef. This position is going to be filled with a self motivated person who has experience in restaurant and banquet kitchens. The candidate that fills this position will have the opportunity to earn a full-time spot here based on performance.
JOB FUNCTION
- Create menu working with Food and Beverage Manager
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
