Responsibilities & Duties:
- 60% Focus on Hotel Saint Vincent Marketing Efforts, 40% on Restaurant Marketing Efforts
- Understand and celebrate the MML philosophy. Every concept varies dramatically so we are looking for someone who innately understands the nuances and personalities of each restaurant, hotel, and project
- Create and manage marketing materials such as 360 calendars, email/newsletters, and monthly reports
- Coordinate marketing efforts and information gather across MML properties including hotels, restaurants, and retail
- Update MML media kits with all relevant brand information
- Manage, deploy, and analyze all MML email campaigns
- Oversee Google, OpenTable, and yelp brand listings
- Support VP of Marketing, VP of Editorial, and VP of Creative to ensure all marketing tasks are executed according to brand standards
- Manage marketing strategies through a strategic lens on the consumer that drives awareness, consideration, and favorability
- Oversee 360 Marketing Calendar and 30/60/90 planning so all relevant teams are organized and working together
- Lead bi-weekly meetings between MML and HSV
- Manage and communicate content calendar so that marketing and sales know what content is being published
- Work with DOS and DORM to ensure that content on third party digital sites is up to date and consistent with the property’s digital assets
- Partner with Revenue Management team to develop and execute promotional strategy
- Ensure consistent message, tone, voice, and proper grammar and spelling across all content and communication created
- Work with the VP of Marketing and VP of Editorial to create, deploy and analyze all email campaigns (both transactional and marketing)
- Manage photography distribution across all platforms
- Maintain database management of the CRM system. Study analytics and sentiment to properly guide the hotel's strategy for optimal results
- Manage 3rd party agency to ensure all digital paid media efforts including paid social for the hotel and F&B outlets are successful and reach ROI goals
- Monitor and provide recommendations for SEO and update as needed in collaboration with 3rd party agency
- Run, review, analyze and clearly articulate to stakeholders’ key reports and adjust strategy accordingly
- Manage all incoming social media requests from the property level so MML Social Media Team can best support
- Manage incoming commercial photography opportunities and provide feedback according to brand standards and guidelines
- Analyze external marketplace, industry trends, and public customer & competitor conversations
- Stay current on industry trends and seek creative ways to infiltrate markets/accounts
Needed Skills & Software Proficiencies:
- Sales or marketing management experience required
- Previous Restaurant Experience a Plus
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and passion for hospitality
- Strong creative presence and attention to detail
- Experience with management tools like Slack, Monday, Basecamp, and Google Drive
- Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly
- Night and weekend availability is required
Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
