We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef/Baker who is passionate about baking, decorating and recipe creation/implementation.

What does our Pastry Chef/Baker do?

• Will oversee our pastry team, production and be involved with baking, assembling, and decorating our products (Cakes, Pastries, Bread and other bakery items).


• Cook from scratch but on a commercial bakery level.


• Prepare pastry items according to recipe while following GMP quality standards.


• Develop and implement new recipes as well as improve existing recipes as needed.


• Be involved with sourcing and buying ingredients as well as conducting weekly inventory.

To be successful in this position, you will need to:

• Take pride in how you work and what you make.


• Be driven and motivated to produce amazing products in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously leading the team.


• Collaborate and communicate with the team to improve processes, reduce waste and increase productivity.


• Maintain product consistency.


• Work with Management Team to calculate labor and product costs.


• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.


• Have 3+ years in a similar role.


• Have a degree or certification in Culinary Arts
