Description

Onsight Healthcare is seeking a Regional Manager to direct and manage our valet-focused hospitality operations at healthcare facilities across the United States.  Based out of our home office in the suburbs of Nashville, TN, you will ensure the safety and efficient operations of our hospitality valet services and uphold our company’s commitment to consistently exceed customer expectations.

We are growing rapidly and are searching for an experienced candidate to join our team, as a Regional Manager for our Hospitality and Valet Operations.

Qualifications

Location:

  • On-Site
  • Office-based at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN

  • Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer
  • 3+ years of management and leadership experience in a multi-location setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of college and 5+ years of relevant job experience.
  • Comfortable communicating and negotiating with client senior leadership as much as working with field level teams.
  • Success of interviewing/hiring/developing a tenured and high performing team.
  • Ability to give in-the-moment constructive feedback on employee performance, conduct 1:1’s, and consistently develop a high performing team that operates with integrity, compassion, and empathy.
  • Strong client and team, relationship building skills.
  • Understands how to create reports and use data as a tool for developing an exceptional patient experience.
  • Established analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Capacity to collaborate with diverse populations of team members and hospital administration to earn trust and influence to achieve results.
  • This Employee must be physically able to travel to sites within their region, and may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather/rain/sleet/snow, and other inclement weather.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision, motivation, and leadership to teams at 15+ healthcare facilities.
  • Determines extent and service quality levels by visiting sites regularly.
  • Coordinates and manages new facility start-ups within their region.
  • Conducts Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) while fostering positive client relationships.
  • Reviews and analyzes operational performance and suggests improvement plans to VP of Operations
  • Monitors contract services budget and financial performance management
  • Reports to VP of Operations on quality audit metrics; to include safety, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Complies with labor management tools, systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Trains, supports, and coaches Area Managers and Site Managers.
  • Conducts regular performance reviews.
  • Interviews candidates professionally and manages staff levels as per contractual obligations.
  • Manages escalated customer issues, incident reports, and claim actions.
  • Ensures all company standards and procedures are followed.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Yearly Salary: $60,000
  • Quarterly bonus package: Up to $15,000 yearly
