The Sous Chef at Maine Beer Company is responsible for creating and maintaining a high quality food experience. Additionally, the Sous Chef is responsible for maintaining positive customer service, while also facilitating a professional and positive work environment. The Sous Chef reports directly to the Head Chef. Salary is based on experience.
