Chevy Chase Club is looking for an experienced Chef/Manager to fill the position of Sous Chef. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles and possess the skills to write and develop menus. They should have a deep understanding of food and labor costs, be an expert trainer, and possess strong organizational skills. The Sous Chef will be working in a fast-paced restaurant that serves three meals, alongside a Chef D' Cuisine, another Sous Chef, 18 cooks, and 6 stewards. The position reports to the Chef Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.

The Winter Center Kitchen is a high-volume scratch kitchen that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is a salaried Chef position with a 5-day workweek. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience and knowledge and a full benefits package.
