As the Sous Chef you will be responsible for all food aspects of banquets/private events. You will work in tandem with our Events Coordinator to plan and execute all food for all private events/banquets.
What you need:
Strong background in the kitchen to include banquet experience
The knowledge of time management in an event type kitchen
Understanding of the needs of the clients and their event wants
This will be a salaried position for a banquet Sous Chef
