***Listed Salary Info is our current average hourly pay rate, which includes Kobe base pay range between eleven dollar to sixteen dollars per hour plus the average shared Service Charge/Tip per hour. 


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for total food preparation and serving dishes according to Kobe's standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation with a focus on sanitation and safety
  • Prepare menu items as per customers' orders and portion sizes
  • Greet guests warmly and provide them with menu information and suggestions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and entertaining service

Skills and Abilities:

  • Availability on Weekends and Holidays preferred
  • Strong knife skills and ability to engage with customers
  • Ability to multi-task and remain flexible during high volume periods
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds

Education/Qualifications:

  • 2 years of cooking experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • Culinary degree is a plus
  • Must obtain approved food handling training within 30 days of hire
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
