Kitchen Manager - Master Chef

This Kitchen Manager - Master Chef position receives a competitive salary based on experience and is revaluated after 3 months for a potential raise. THE TYPE OF KITCHEN MANAGER - MASTER CHEF WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience cooking in a full-service restaurant
• 2+ years of previous kitchen management experience
• Familiarity with many different cuisines
• Knowledgeable in how to prepare/cook seafood, club barbeque food, and bar food

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR KITCHEN MANAGER - MASTER CHEF

When you join our management team in this food service role, you can expect to work 8 hours per day (40 hours per week), with a typical schedule from 2 pm to 10 pm.

As the Kitchen Manager - Master Chef, you confidently lead the kitchen staff's training and take charge of inventory management, all while crafting inventive recipes and skillfully overseeing all aspects of kitchen management. Your proactive communication with the purchasing agent ensures that all necessary supplies are well-stocked in advance. You also assertively drive the establishment's success by spearheading the formation of the kitchen team and playing a key role in creating the menu and establishing procedures for the new restaurant.
