Responsibilities






  • Administer all point-of-sale systems and related functions, including training, reporting, documentation, and user access management
  • Implement technology solutions that align with overall technology standards, strategy, and operational needs
  • Manage service and solution providers to ensure the successful delivery of technology services that support business operations
  • Provide operational status reports and statistics on technology hardware and solutions to regional directors during monthly operations reviews
  • Offer top-tier technical support for all technology services, manage incidents, service requests, change management, and ensure compliance with service level agreements








Qualifications






  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation, management, and maintenance of information technology infrastructure and IT systems such cloud services, server technologies, communication technologies, LANs, WANs, VoIP, and data communication systems
  • Experience and knowledge of information security
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as Point-of-Sale, Kronos, SHIFT Time Keeping, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to be on call to help support unexpected emergencies
